~ Rainbow in the Rain ~

So this is kind of a redraw. I wanted to redraw the pic with a similar theme, though not the exact same thing.

Wanted to try out drawing clouds, reflections and using line-less coloring.

And don’t mind the old pic, its one of the oldest pics I have. Kinda question what I was thinking when I drew that one… :L
